Established in 2023, the Innovation Lab at Dronacharya Group of Institutions is dedicated to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among the aspiring young minds of the college. The primary objective of the Innovation Lab is to create a technical business incubator that fosters entrepreneurship development and innovation. It aims to establish new enterprises, generate job opportunities, and develop cutting-edge ideas and technologies.
The Business Incubator Centre at Dronacharya Group of Institutions offers the tools, expertise, mentors, and experience needed to nurture early-stage startups and innovative ideas. The Innovation Lab is designed to support small and medium-sized business ideas, innovations, entrepreneurship, and startups within the college. While general education often lacks a focus on the skills required to run a business, the Innovation Lab ensures that these critical principles are provided, helping turn great ideas into successful ventures.
OBJECTIVE

Promote and accelerate the successful development of entrepreneurial technology-based small enterprises in key focus areas such as manufacturing, Internet of Things, Electronics, and Energy, by providing a wide range of business support resources, expertise, facilities, and infrastructure available at Dronacharya Group of Institutions.

Focus on creating opportunities for product development, commercialization, new business models, and fostering local development, while enabling the employment of highly skilled graduates in the process.

The incubation model at Dronacharya Group of Institutions is designed to address a variety of needs, from supporting the commercialization of technologies to generating employment. The incubator facility at Dronacharya provides the necessary infrastructure, survival support, and growth opportunities, helping startups and innovators overcome key challenges while thriving in a strategic and dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

As the Coordinator of the Innovation and Incubator Cell at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, my mission is to guide and mentor aspiring entrepreneurs through the exciting and challenging journey of turning innovative ideas into successful ventures. I believe that every great idea has the potential to create positive change, and my role is to provide the resources, support, and expertise that help entrepreneurs navigate their startup journey.
The Innovation and Incubator Cell offers a nurturing environment that fosters creativity and encourages risk-taking. Through personalized mentorship, I help our innovators refine their ideas, build sustainable business models, and overcome the hurdles that often come with starting a new business. From product development and market research to securing funding and scaling operations, I ensure that each entrepreneur has access to the tools they need for success.
Additionally, I strive to foster collaboration within the incubator, encouraging entrepreneurs to connect, learn from one another, and grow together. By creating a strong network of mentors, industry experts, and investors, we aim to provide a well-rounded support system that helps transform ideas into impactful, market-ready solutions. Our goal is to not only support startups but to drive innovation that shapes the future.
